Allow 24 hours to process credit and debit payments. We will issue a tracking number while processing your payment.

Please advise we are not liable for shipping delays due to COVID-19.

All orders will undergo validation from our Fraud department, to detect and stop any fraudulent orders from being placed from our website. This is an attempt to protect all of our customers and their personal information.

Shipping Carriers

  • USPS- The majority of our orders are shipped via USPS ( United States Post Service) and may require a signature depending on where your item is being shipped. 
  •  FedEx- Handles the majority of the urgent shipping and express orders a signature is required. 

 Domestic Shipping 1B Items 

  • Orders processed before 4 pm Est will ship the same day. ( Does not include custom items) 
  • Orders processed after 4 pm Est will ship the business day the next day.
  • Shipping only takes place on business days this does not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time 1B Items

 
  • Urgent Shipping- 1 Business Day
  • Express Shipping- 1-2 Business days
  • Standard Shipping is 2-4 Business Days

Custom Wigs Color 1B- Please allow 5-10 business days for the unit to be constructed. Some custom units can take up 7-15 business days depending on the exact custom specifications and item purchased. 

Domestic Shipping All other colors 

Solid Colors Request - Colors ranging from 1-99J  please allow  5-10 business days to be colored and delivered if the color is on the coloring chart. If its a custom color please allow 7-15 business days (estimate varies based on the exact color ordered) days to receive those items. Shipping varies depending on how complicated the coloring taking place is. These aren't available for same-day shipping, because we have to dye the hair according to the customers request before it ships. 

Ombre Coloring Request- Please allow  5-10 business days for the hair ombre to your liking and delivered if the color is on the coloring chart. If its a custom color please allow 7-15 business days (estimate varies based on the exact color ordered) to receive those items depending on how complicated the coloring taking place is. These aren't available for same-day shipping, because we have to ombre the hair according to the customer’s request before it shipped. 

Custom Colored  Wigs- Please allow 7-15 business days (estimate varies based on the exact color ordered) depending on the length and density of the wigs. These wigs are being constructed and made to order. 

Weekend orders will be shipped on the next business day. This means any orders placed after 4 pm EST on Friday will not ship until Monday.
